    We consider an an average guest’s hair to be less than 14” in length. Hair that is longer, or more dense, may incur additional charges for color or blow out services which require additional time and/or products. We provide a consultation for pricing with every service.

  • reservations and cancellations

    Your appointments are very important to our Vc team members as they have been reserved expressly for you! We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

  • late arrivals

    Late arrivals result in scheduling and service conflicts for you, and other guests following your appointment(s). If a guest is late for their scheduled service time(s) and notifies us of a new arrival time, our technicians will make every effort to accommodate the new arrival time when possible. There may be an interruption of services, however, as the technician accommodate their originally scheduled guests for that time.

    We will do everything possible to not have to reschedule your reservation, unless it is not possible to complete your service without disrupting another guest’s services.

  • confirmation calls

    As a courtesy, we will TEXT or EMAIL to confirm your reservation 2 business days prior to your appointment date. However, we depend upon you to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and any cancellation fees.

  • 24 hour cancellation/change policy has to be strictly enforced

    Please understand that when you forget to cancel/change your reservation without giving 24 hours notice, our technicians miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We offer a variety of ways to confirm your reservation electronically via texting and email. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked months ago. Since services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

    - Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 25% of the reserved service amount.

    - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

    - All multiple services must be held with a credit card. Multiple services not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

  • children

    For safety reasons, no child may remain unaccompanied on the operations floor while you are having a service. We require another adult to be on hand to insure their safety and attention. We love children and want all of our guests to be able to have a wonderful experience.

  • personal belongings

    We suggest you wear our provided smocks when receiving any hair service, and leave valuable items at home. we do our best to keep all areas free of color , however, we cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing, accessories or personal items. When using the spa, we encourage you to leave your jewelry/valuables at home.

  • cell phones

    Vc would like each guest to have the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. While in the salon/spa, we appreciate you turning off all cell phones and speaking softly in all “quiet areas” as a courtesy to those enjoying services.

  • For your convenience, Vcsalon Gift Cards are available for purchase in-store and online. Gift cards may be purchased for a cash amount or for specific services. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, may not be used toward gratuity, are non-refundable, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or altered , and are non-transferrable. Gift Certificates must be presented at time of service and should be used within one year of purchase date. cards older than one year may incur service fees which reduce the overall value.

    We regret that due to rising partner fees, we will no longer be able to accept SpaFinder, SpaWish or third-party gift cards.

  • donation gift cards

    If you are the recipient of a Gift Card you won or bid for at a charity event or fund-raiser, you must inform our Guest Service Representative when scheduling your reservation, and be prepared to give the bar code number from the back of your card. Donation prizes may be restricted to use on certain days/times, and will have a specific expiration date. Please insure that you review any restrictions on the accompanying enclosure card before calling to book your reservation.

  • payment options

    We accept Cash, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and Personal Checks. All Returned Checks will incur a minimum fee of $10 (up to $35) as charged to Vc by our bank to recover funds. More than one returned check will require a credit card on file for all future transactions.

  • returns

    • Products - unopened products may be exchanged for another retail product within 2 weeks of the purchase date.  A technician will be happy to consult with you to ensure that you are getting the products that best suit your needs.
    • Services - we guarantee all services with the use of prescribed at-home care regimens

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please let us know within 72 hours. your technician will gladly discuss any areas of concern and/or repeat your service to insure that you are happy with the final result.
